Model Answer:
Dear Sara,
Hope this letter finds you in the pink of health! I am writing to inform you that I am selling my television. I think you would be interested in buying it.
Let me explain in more detail. As you know, I will be moving to a hostel for my university course next semester. As I would not need the electrical appliances in the hostel, they are not of any use to me anymore. Furthermore, I need to vacate this apartment by next week, and since I cannot leave the television here, I need to sell it urgently.
I bought my TV a few months back. It's an LG plasma TV with 65-inch wide screen. Since I bought it recently, it is as good as new. You are definitely going to like it.
I suggest that you visit my place and see if you want to buy it. I will prefer if you come this Saturday, 3rd February, as I will be leaving for my hometown the following week.
Hoping to see you soon.
Best wishes,
Fatima
