Model Answer:
Dear Sir,
I would like to inform you that I am planning to visit Chennai, in the coming month, for a few weeks of vacation. In this regard, I i request you to provide me with some important information about my itinerary.
I , along with my family, will arrive there on the 15th of July and would like to enjoy to the fullest. I seek your valuable advice on the places we can visit and the activities we can do. I personally love going to beaches so information about some good beaches would be of great help. My family is quite keen on attending some cultural events, that might be going on during that period. With regards to this, A brief information about some of these events can help us decide which one would be of our interest. Lastly, Any other suggestion, to enjoy the vacation- would be highly appreciated.
Looking forward to hearing from you.
Regards
Abhishek Kumar
