Model Answer:

Since most people spend their adult life working, it is vital that they have a fulfilling career. This essay will first discuss which elements lead to job satisfaction and it will then address the question of how likely it is that everyone can be happy with their job.

There are several factors that contribute to job satisfaction. Firstly, a good remuneration package is on the top of the list. The main reason for believing this is that a good income will enable one to live comfortably and securely. It is also possible to say that proper on-job training is necessary to help workers develop their intellectual and professional abilities.

Furthermore, there are social reasons interwoven with job satisfaction such as proximity of work location to one’s home and suitable leave policy. One good illustration of this is the fierce competition exhibited by candidates applying to jobs in companies that are known to provide numerous benefits and development opportunities for its potential employees.

However, every person has a different motivation for doing a job hence it is not realistic for everyone to feel satisfied with their jobs. This is because people’s expectations from their employers are usually much higher. Employees and workers almost always, complain that the benefits they are receiving are not sufficient to quite meet all their needs. A particularly good example here is a study conducted in an automotive factory in Thailand, and although the factory provided a very competitive package, 40% of the workers were still unhappy.

To sum up, the aspects of job satisfaction are very diverse, from income, to on-job training, to work location and leave policies. Finally, it may not be possible for every employee to be satisfied with their job as everyone's priorities and expectations are different.

Employees spend their time at their offices for long hours especially if the company where they work offers them incentives. In this passage, I am going to illustrate the elements that lead to job fulfillment.
Staying at the office after the scheduled working hours can be attributed to plethora of factors such as the captivating office decoration, the affectionate behavior of superiors, incentives and the job nature as well. For example, if the employee is given sufficient remuneration, then he will be encouraged and loyal.
While performing tasks for extended hours can be tiresome for some employees as they directly affect the eyes and the back, companies started to provide their workers with protected screens that may reduce the sharpness of the light as well as medical chairs which help their backs to relax.
Not only the laborers will be a workaholic and devote their time at the company premises for longer periods, but also they can be productive in a well-equipped office environment. Conversely, employees tend to escape earlier if they feel that they are not given privileges. According to some research which had been conducted at the first half of 2019 by the Institute of Human Resources, it was proved that employees reluctantly performed tasks if they had not been given enough wages. Therefore, the highest level of benefits they get, the more hours they spend in performing their duties. For instance, the moment I got promoted with 20% salary increment, my loyalty and performance were positively affected.
In conclusion, taking care of employees and treating them as a great asset for the company by meeting their demands in terms of incentives and remunerations would encourage them to work for longer hours, hence, became more productive.
