I am writing this letter to complain about the local public commuting system as it has been creating nuances and becoming unreliable day by day.
Being a full time employee in a local firm, I have to commute regularly at a find time usually I take the bus from section-22 at 9:00 a.m. What I have been observing from about a week is that the buses are not arriving in time, which eventually makes me late for work. In fact, all the passengers must have some commitments; it is troublesome experience for everyone.
Therefore, I want to support you something regarding the improvement in the service. Probably, it might be inconvenient for you should keep a regular check on all the public vehicles and if someone is not performing the duties well, he must be penalized. In this way, the negligence of the workers will definitely reduce to a great extent.
I hope you will give this matter a prompt attention.
