You have a problem with a neighbour.

- Describe the problem
- Say how long it has been a problem
- Explain what action you want the neighbour to take.

Write at least 150 words.

Model Answer:

Dear Mr. Smith,
I am writing to you to complain about frequent noises coming from your home.

Firstly, I am very glad that you are renovating your home but the consistent hammering and banging all day long are very disturbing and they distract me from my studies. I would like to inform you that my examination is going to be held next week.

Two weeks have passed since the work has been under process. But now I require to concentrate on my studies as little time has been left for my examination and I need a peaceful environment during my studies.

Finally, I request you to kindly postpone the work for at least ten days. It will be highly appreciated by me because it is my final examination and I cannot afford to be distracted from my studies now.

Waiting to hear from you soon.

Yours sincerely,
Navjot.
