The flow chart provides information about the process gaining entry into the university for high school graduates.
Overall, in order to get into the university, one needs to obtain a high school degree. Besides, a completed form is sent to the administration office for processing. Entrance into the university is allowed after courses are registered with the Dean.
As it can be seen in the flow chart, a high school degree is required as a prerequisite for application. An application form is downloaded, and then completed. Also, the form is sent to the administration office for processing, where 'provisional acceptance', 'acceptance to complete enrolment,' can be offered or application can be rejected as well.
However, if a complete application is rejected, it can either be cancelled or a complete application for some alternative course is sent back to the administration office. Moreover, if a provisional acceptance is offered, more documentation is required and , thus, the application is sent back to the administration office for processing. It is important to know that the processing at the administration office takes 2 weeks. Furthermore, when acceptance for complete enrolment is offered, subjects will be selected and registration will be done at the Dean's office, and finally entrance to the university will be accorded.
