The most important thing about a job is how much money you earn in that job.

Model Answer:

As society propels towards modernization and personal expenses escalate, people strive to find work that provides attractive incomes and benefits. Yet I am in consumate disagreement with the statement that suggests that money is the most significant aspect of  a profession.

Firstly, the type of work environment plays an important role in success. A happy, professional space enriches peoples potential as doubts an fears about being openly reprehended and  criticized, are cast aside. This not only embeds self confidence in individuals but also triggers out-of-the box and innovative ideas that eventually leads to to personal promotions and added credentials. A study conducted by Harvard revealed that those who worked with supportive co-workers are 78% more likely to co-operate for the betterment of companies.

Secondly, negative surroundings are inco-operated with high levels of stress and anxiety. Mentally drained parents will be returning home to happy children, only to carry that same unpleasant energy from  the work space to the household, damaging family bonds and jeopardizing marriages. This stress also has adverse effects on mental health leading to hair loss and gastritis. Working adults will take up destructive habits like smoking and alcohol addiction as a means of coping.

Lastly, it's essential that individuals choose a career that they thoroughly enjoy. The famous  saying ' Do what you love, love what you do' holds true for all instances of life, including jobs. It is only when one is employed in a profession  that he/she has  no passion for, will problems such as loss of motivation and lack of knowledge arise.

In conclusion, the majority of  the population chases after money. However success and happiness is only possible in an uplifting workplace and the dedication towards ones career.
