I had my speaking test.Part1: general questions
Part2: Talk about different a magazine or newspaper that you like to read.
I actually do not read any newspaper or magazine, so it is hard for me to make up the whole story. During the exam, I said” Well, I don’t often read magazine or newspaper because I find it really boring and there are not much variety for me to choose. So, I prefer browsing internet to reading those magazine………..(then I talked about my favorite website)…..”
I changed the whole topic and does that affect my mark?
Also, I used ” I’d like to” quite often. Is there any synonym that I can use apart from ” I wish to”?
